Build You up

This ability is your mental capacity to make something whole out of separate small things. Build it up with these two exercises: Take a jigsaw puzzle – one with not too many pieces – and note the time you take to put all the pieces together. After a week, note the time again. When you’re bored,
switch to another jigsaw. Take a long sentence from a book or a magazine and try to make another sentence using most of the words contained in the first sentence.
