Smell/Taste

When you go to a restaurant, try ordering a new dish with exotic flavours. Then, try identifying those flavours. When you think you know what herb or spice has given rise to a particular flavour, confirm it with the waiter or someone who knows what went into the dish.

Smell/Touch: Open your refrigerator, and with your eyes closed, feel your way around it. Try to identify the different items placed in it by the sense of touch and smell.

Memory: Everyday, pick two numbers from your mobile that you call frequently through the day. Memorize those two numbers and the next time you call those people, dial the whole number from memory instead of just hitting that speed dial key. At the end of the week, write down all the fourteen numbers that you’ve memorized in your notepad.
