Egg Salad over Lettuce
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ⅛ cup oil roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions

Hard boil eggs and mash together with mayonnaise and sunflower seeds. Spread over shredded lettuce
