Egg, Tomato and Parmesan Bake
Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons chunky tomato sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine eggs and cream in mixing bowl. Stir in tomato sauce and add the cheese. Pour into a glass baking dish and bake for 25 -35 minutes. Check cooking progress every 5 minutes after the first 25 minutes have passed to make sure the mixture doesn’t burn. The bake is done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Top off with extra cheese and allow to melt.
