Prepare aioli recipe (below) and use as a spread on your low carb tortillia with chicken. This recipe makes 10 servings of aioli, so you may want save some for dipping.
Mash garlic with a mortar and pestle or use a garlic press. Stir in salt and egg yolk and beat mixture until egg turn a light color. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, followed by the lemon juice. Stir well and season to taste.
