Herb and Garlic Fish
Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ Teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • ½ Teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • ½ Teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon ground celery seed
  • 1 pound fish fillets
Instructions

Mix dressing and seasonings together and brush ½ of mixture on one side of fish. Place fish in a broiler pan on rack in oven 2-4 inches from heat. Broil 5-8 minutes. Turn fish over and coat with remaining mixture and broil for another 5-8 minutes.

Yields 4 servings
