Pizza in a Skillet
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons spaghetti sauce
  • 2 slices Canadian bacon or preferred meat
  • ΒΌ cup sliced black olives
  • 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Beat eggs and pour into skillet, coating bottom evenly. Flip halfway through cooking when bottom is set. Add spaghetti sauce, meat, olives and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
