Burger Breakfast Scramble
Ingredients
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 Tablespoons minced onione
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • salt, pepper
Instructions

Brown ground beef and onions together in a skillet. Add cream cheese and cook over low heat until melted. Beat together the eggs, water, salt and pepper and pour into skillet. Scramble until done.
