Spicy Sausage and Ground Beef Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs sausage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbs minced onion
  • ½ lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • black pepper to taste
Instructions

This recipe makes approximately 50 meatballs, so you'll want to make it in advance and freeze the remainder to use later for quick meals and snacks.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Roll into 1½" balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Yields approximately 50 servings
